of Sale
- All Canadian orders will be
billed in Canadian funds and USA orders will be billed in US
funds.
- On all orders to the USA and Canada - we accept Visa, MasterCard, cheques, money orders, and bank drafts as payment. All personal cheques must clear our bank before we ship your
order, which can be upwards of 4 weeks. It is not recomended to send cash payments through the mail. You can place orders through our website, or by calling our toll free number at 1-877-300-9664.
- For overseas orders we are unable to take credit cards on amounts over $100.00US. If your order total is over $100.00US, then payment must be made by International Money Order, or bank draft.
- IMPORTANT: When you click the
"Process Order" button, a confirmation will be
automatically e-mailed to the email address provided, listing all items ordered, your order total, and the order confirmation number. Please check this email carefully - If there are any corrections
to your order please notify us immediately.
- Orders being shipped to
Canada will be billed a
flat rate of $5.00CDN for postage and handling. Delivery within
Canada typically take 2 weeks. If you would like
Priority Service within Canada - the cost is $15.00CDN and will be
delivered within 2-4 business days to all major city centers (longer if you live in remote or northern areas).
- Orders being shipped to the
USA (50 states) will be billed a flat rate of $5.00US for postage and
handling. Orders to the U.S.
typically take 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you would like Priority
Service within the US - the cost is $13.00US and will be delivered
to all major urban centeres within 5 business days. (longer if you live outside major urban centers).
- Overseas customers must email us to get shipping rates before placing an order. Shipping rates vary greatly depending on the weight of the items being shipped. Items will be sent by Registered Airmail, which generally takes 4-8 weeks for delivery and is sent at the buyers risk. Almost all of our pacels arrive safely, but we cannot assume responsibility if it becomes lost.
- For orders delivered in
Canada, 7% GST will be added to your order. Orders delivered
in Ontario will have an additional 8% PST added to your order.
Orders delivered in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick
will have an additional 8% HST added to your order. There
is no sales tax on USA or international orders. You pay only
the price listed.
- We have a 14 day return policy on all items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange to return it and we will issue a replacement or a full refund. Returned items must be in their original unopened holders. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- For security reasons - credit card orders will only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address.
